Laura Widdowson and her son Owen started fundraising for us last year, after Owen who has severe asthma took part in the Counch-2-5K challenge in order to raise vital funds for our charity.
Laura then decided to continue to support us and along with 15 friends and colleagues decided to take part in a Trek up the Malvern Hills.
This was a strenuous 9.5 miles, including the top of Malvern Ridge from Chase End in the South to North Hill, taking in the main Summit.
The Peak of the walk was 1,394 ft. above sea level.
Laura and the team raised an amazing £1,695.00.
Laura’s firm Medical Accident Group supported their hard work and kindly donated £1000.00
